Adding a Current Student to Fall Programs

Login to your account for your current/former student and go here and click “Parent & Student Information.”

Update the parent information as needed, then click “Next Step.”

Find your student and edit the marching status. Fill in the instrument played in band class. You can skip 2nd semester ensemble for now.
Adding a Current Student to Winter Programs

Login to your account for your current/former student and go here and click “Parent & Student Information.”

Update the parent information as needed, then click “Next Step.”

Find your student and edit the 2nd semester ensembles they are a part of (indoor drumline, winterguard, etc.). If they are also doing jazz band, add that to the second 2nd semester ensemble. Save and exit.
