ATTENTION: This form is to be used to order meals for YOUR ENTIRE BAND. You should plan to place one order for your whole band group, to be picked up at one time that you choose. Please DO NOT place orders for individual students. Our concession stands will be open during the event for individual purchases. Thank you!!
Please complete the following form by Friday, October 23.
We offer two ways to pay:
*Payment by credit card once this form is completed (preferred). You will receive a confirmation email of your payment and order details.
*Payment by check, on the day of competition, due November 7th. Our representative will send you an invoice via email.
The meals will be ready for pick up outside the gate at the Pre-Order tent next to the HOME side concession stand at the time selected on your form. Follow the signs! We have wagons available to borrow to make things easier for you, but supply is limited and so we encourage you to bring your own!
Mayo, mustard and ketchup will be available at the concession stand tables inside the stadium.
